Assembly Tolerance Between Wheel Rim Components

When designing, producing and processing rim components, the assembly tolerances between the components must be considered. Otherwise, the assembly and use of the rim will be affected.

For example, a five-piece engineering machinery steel rim.
Rim calibration width tolerance: ±13
Rim calibration diameter tolerance: -0.8~+0.4
Rim flange height tolerance: ±1.6
Rim flange width tolerance: ±2
Lock ring diameter tolerance: ±0.5
Disc offset tolerance: ±2
