Connection Method Between Non Spoke Steel Wheel Rim and Axle

The non spoke wheel rim is mainly connected and fixed to the axle through positioning blocks.

The angle at which the lower edge of the groove on the wheel rim is concave inward is 28 degrees, and the positioning block has a suitable surface with a slope of 28 degrees, which is directly connected to the inner side of the lower edge of the groove.

There are bolts on the outer side of the positioning block. When the bolts are tightened, the wheel rim automatically moves towards the axle under tension, thereby fixing the wheel rim on the axle.
