Split Wheel Rim Structure and Production Process

1. Structure:

The wheel rim consists of two parts, the inner and outer, and the width of the inner and outer wheels can be equal or unequal. The two are connected by bolts. When disassembling the tire, simply remove the nut. Due to the use of an integrated rim instead of a retaining ring, the inner rim is welded together with the spoke plate

2. Production process:

Lower disc material, deep drawing forming, composite punching, punching valve holes

3. Applicable device types:

Industrial forklifts, agricultural machinery, airport transfer equipment.

4.Tire type: Solid tire and tube tire.
