Fixing Form and Installation Method of Automobile Door Hinge

Three connection modes are generally adopted for door hinge:

a. Bolt connection with body and side wall;

There are mounting holes between the door hinge body parts, the door parts and the body and the door. The door hinge, the body and the door are connected by the bolts and nuts passing through the mounting holes.

b. It is welded to the door and bolted to the side wall;

There are no mounting holes in the door hinge body parts, door parts and between the body and the door. The door hinge, body and door parts are connected by welding

c. Welding connection is adopted with the door and side wall;

One of the door hinge body or door parts is bolted to the body or door,

The other is connected with the car body or door by welding.
