How to Connect Car Door Hinges?

Common door hinges, door and body connections as follows,

1. Bolt connection

The door hinge body part, the door part, and the body and the door are provided with installation holes, and the door hinge is connected with the body and the door by means of bolts and nuts passing through the installation holes.

2. Welding connection

Door hinge body parts, door parts, and no mounting holes between the body and door,

The door hinges, the body and the door parts are connected by welding.

3. Welding + Bolting

One of the door hinges, the body or door parts, is bolted to the body or door.

The other is welded to the body or door.
