The processing of cold-drawn metal molds requires adherence to several standards:
1.Dimensional Accuracy
The critical dimensions of the mold must be strictly controlled. Generally, hole size tolerances are ±0.01 - ±0.05mm, and shaft size tolerances are ±0.005 - ±0.02mm, to ensure that the dimensions of the cold-drawn product meet the requirements.

2.Surface Quality
The working surface roughness should typically reach Ra0.2 - Ra0.8μm to reduce friction with the metal material and ensure the surface finish of the cold-drawn product, avoiding defects such as scratches and pitting.
3.Material Properties
High-strength, high-hardness, and high-wear-resistant mold steel, such as Cr12MoV, should be selected. After heat treatment, the hardness should reach HRC58 - HRC62 to extend the mold's service life.

4.Shape Accuracy
The shape error of the mold must be controlled within a very small range. For example, the roundness and cylindricity errors should not exceed ±0.005mm, ensuring uniform deformation during the metal cold drawing process.
