Positioning Block for Non-Spoke Wheel Rim

Function of the locating block: Used to connect the steel rim and the axle.

Shape of the locating block: Strip-shaped or block-shaped.

Welding position: One or two are welded to the inner edge of the gutter ring.

Special requirements for the gutter: The inner inclination angle of the lower edge of the gutter is 28 degrees.

Dimensions of the locating block: Length 30-50mm, width of a single protrusion or block 20-30mm, height 20-30mm. The maximum distance between the two sides is generally 75-140mm.

 
Welding position: The horizontal position depends on the reserved width of the lower edge of the gutter ring. That is, the horizontal distance from the locating block to the outer edge of the gutter ring.
